NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING for the Volvo Club of Victoria Inc

The August club meeting is also the Annual General Meeting of the Volvo Club of Victoria.  The club is providing free pizza and soft drinks for all club members from 7PM and the Night Meeting starts at 8:00 PM, with Annual General Meeting to follow (no earlier than 8PM).

All committee positions will be declared vacant and new officers will be nominated and elected for the next year.  Come along for a free dinner (for club members) and consider putting your hand up to help run the club.  Please contact a committee member if you’re interested in nominating for a committee position and you will be provided with a nomination form.  New members and younger members are encouraged to participate as we always need fresh ideas on the committee.
