Bryce Gaton: EV transition consultant and EV writer/commentator.
Bryce Gaton has been working in, writing about and presenting on the EV sector since 2008 and runs the EV transition support consultancy EV Choice.
As EV Choice, he develops EV fleet and charging transition plans for government and business, as well as presenting on EV issues and opportunities at conferences, public forums and events. He was also heavily involved in designing a course for electricians to understand EV charger installation, as well as recently being part of a Standards Australia committee developing Publicly Available Standards for domestic and commercial premises charging.
In his spare time Bryce writes on EV topics for Renew magazine and TheDriven.io. He is also the writer behind the EV Fact Sheets and webpage found on the AEVA (Australian Electric Vehicle Association) national website.

Talk topic: (Almost) everything you need to know about buying and driving Electric Vehicles in Australia.
Bryce will explain the basics of EV technologies, EV charging needs and the coming Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) revolution … along the way busting more than a few EV Myths, based on research from around the world plus his own long experience of driving them.
He will also cover options for buying new and second-hand EVs – as well as where to go for reliable sources of information about them.
